Great and excellent hotel in a MAGNIFICENT location. Beautifully maintained and extremely spacious room with the view. A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Location right by Hemavathi river as well as city centre. Also, in a silent place.

There was no elevator.

The location is perfect for visiting Bisle Ghat View Point, not too far from here, and the staff is cooperative and helpful, offering a deluxe double room with a great view.
